This site only stores what you choose to submit through its forms. The booking inquiry form stores your name, email address, phone number if you give one, organization if you give one, event type, event date if you give one, and your message. The audition form stores your name, email, phone if you give one, city, links to your profiles and clips, your set lengths, material style, a short biography, any notes, and a separate yes or no on whether an AI service may help review it. The email updates signup in the footer stores only your email address. Every form runs a security check before it will submit, to confirm you are a person rather than an automated script; it is served by this site itself and reaches no outside company. It also keeps a small hashed record of each submission — an idempotency key and a rate-limit identifier — so the same request cannot be processed twice and the forms cannot be flooded. These contain nothing you wrote. Your light or dark mode choice is stored only in your own browser and is never sent to this site. This site counts page visits using Vercel Web Analytics, served from its own address; it sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. Separately, only if you accept when asked, Google Analytics shows which pages people find useful. That one sets cookies and shares data with Google. It stays off unless you accept, and you can change your mind any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Advertising features are off, and no advertising pixels run here. One thing does reach an outside company: video thumbnails are shown directly from YouTube's image host rather than copied onto this site, so opening a page that shows them tells YouTube your IP address and that a page requested a thumbnail. No YouTube code runs on this site. To ask that information you submitted be removed, send that request through the booking form — a dedicated privacy contact address will be published here once one exists.
