Common questions
What does the venue need to provide?
A room that seats fifty to three hundred with a way to be heard: a community center, a clubhouse, a fellowship hall, a brewery, a theater. Jackie sets up the show and tears it down.
How is a produced night paid for?
Either a ticketed night, where the room shares the door, or a flat fee for a private show. Both are quoted per event once the room and the date are known.
Is the whole show clean?
Yes. These are clean shows by design — no vulgarity, no cursing — which is what lets a church, a school and a company all book the same night.
How much lead time does a night take?
Plan on six to eight weeks to fill a room from a standing start; less if your group already has a mailing list or a regular social calendar.
Where does she produce shows?
Based in the Austin area: Lakeway, Bee Cave and the Hill Country, downtown Austin, Round Rock and Cedar Park, San Antonio. Farther for the right room.
